Where we ship

Verandah Press ships to the destinations offered at checkout. Free standard delivery is included for orders shipped within the United States. Express delivery, international delivery, and other optional services may have an additional charge shown at checkout.

Made to order

Each piece is made to order. Our production partner uses a distributed network of print facilities, so the facility that makes your order may vary based on your location, product availability, and production capacity.

Timing and tracking

Production and delivery estimates are shown during checkout when available. These dates are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout.

If an unexpected delay means we cannot ship within the time originally stated, we will contact you with the revised timing and the options available to you, including cancellation and a refund when required by applicable law.

Addresses, customs, and delivery issues

Please review your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if it needs to change. We cannot guarantee an address change after production begins.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, those charges are the customer's responsibility.

If tracking shows a delivery problem, or your package arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please use our contact form. For damage or an incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label so we can help quickly.
